Privacy Policy

Earmark, by ZoraDev · Last updated: June 25, 2026

Earmark helps two people choose a baby name by listening to names and ranking them. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the control you have over your data. We do not sell your data, show ads, or track you across other apps and websites.

What we collect

We do not collect your contacts, location, advertising identifiers, or browsing activity.

How we use it

We use your information only to provide and operate the app: to save your content and sync it across your devices, to power the shared features you choose to use with a partner, to send notifications if you allow them, and to keep your account secure. We never use your information for advertising or cross-app tracking.

How we share it

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:

Keeping and deleting your data

We keep your information until you delete it.

You can permanently delete your account and all of its data at any time: open the Profile tab in the app and tap Delete account. This cannot be undone. You can also request deletion by emailing us.

Security

We use industry-standard safeguards, including encryption in transit, to protect your information. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, but we work to keep your data safe.

Children

Earmark is intended for adults choosing a name for a child. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time, and will revise the “Last updated” date above when we do.
